Hello again, Amadopters! I just wanted to give you all a heads up on what is going on from my end of the agency. 
First off, I would like to apologize for my lack of posting pets. I have been taking on more hours at my workplace AND I have taken up a marketing internship that will be starting up in September and run til November! Huzzah!
Although that is great for me, it means that less time will be spent making pets, posting them, and holding events....which makes me sad. But, that doesn't mean I won't continue to post pets! I will continue to do so. Just not as frequently and I will try really hard to get a few events going here.

ABOUT AMADOPTABLES

What is AmAdoptables?
AmaDoptables is a free, group based, interactive adoptables project with a strong sense of community and fun! Currently run by a small team of young artists, we actively create cyber pets for you to collect, play, breed and display amongst our connected websites; our root Deviantart account, and Facebook!
Our world and pets are linked to mythology; Each pet is carefully created by our small team, is unique in appearance and under ownership of person only after being released for our members to snap up. There are several ways to obtain one of our pets, and it has grown into quite a competitive game (please see How to Acquire a pet. for more info). Owners can interact with their pets in numerous ways, meaning you can breed them, swap them, train them and even decorate them with accessories. And that's just the start!
Our systems such as Roleplay, Breeding and events allow you to delve deeper into our world; allowing you to connect and meet fellow owners, discover new species and even get to know the staff. However, each interactive element of Amadoptables is optional; whether you are a collector of rare species, a breeder of pedigree, show winning teacups or a roleplaying hunter, your ability to pick and choose what you participate in allows us to cater for everyone. The possibilities are endless!
With support from our strong community we are proud to say are with us, Amadoptables is constantly growing, bringing our members more and more opportunities and ways to play. With currently over 20 great species available, the only way is up, and we hope to run our own pet site in the future.
Before playing, our rules are a mandatory read which cover all the basic info and requirements we need for you to get started. We also have an FAQ. for any questions you may have and information rich journals covering systems and any other information, as well as our team who are happy to help at any time.

RE-ADOPTS IS CURRENTLY CLOSED Welcome to the Re-Adopt System!
Here, abandoned pets which are separated into three groups; Standards, containing pets that you would commonly find on the agency, Rare & Customs, containing rarer pets, be it species or markings, and Finally V1 Pets, containing any and all abandoned old-template pets.
These abandoned pets will be re-adopted out using a sign-up system to active members who qualify for each list.
Below is a more detailed explanation to all the elements of the Re-adopt system.
Each Re-Adopt opening will last until all of the slots are full. This means that the Re-Adopt system is not constantly open; You can only post an app if the slots are open. This is to stagger Re-Adopts and to have time to gather abandoned pets.
Abandoned Pets
An abandoned pet is a pet who's owner has either;
- Deactivated their account or have been Banned
- Moved long ago, but has not notified us of a move and has not re-claimed their pets
- A member who has been inactive for a long period of time, abandoning their account
Understand that we, the staff, already have our hands full with ama, and so people who search out abandoned pets are highly appreciated. Members who actively do so get rewarded!
In regards to the inactivity point, we generally say if its more than a year than its definite. However, if you feel a member has been inactive for a fair amount of time or has definitely abandoned dA, please note us and we will make a decision on whether their pets class as abandoned based on a number of factors including their activity on ama and on dA in general.
IF you fear that in the future, you will become inactive and you DO NOT want your pets to automatically go into re-adopts PLEASE, PLEASE let us know of your situation. We are not mind readers, nor do we enjoy taking peoples pets ;_;
Any abandoned pets will be placed into the Re-Adopt folder and eventually sorted into this system.
PLEASE NOTE that if your pet was classed as abandoned and Re-Adopted out then you cannot get it back. Period.
We reserve the right to have the final word on any of our pets, custom or not. It is not our fault if you qualified one of the above; we have given plenty of warning and it is not our job to chase you up. If you cared for your pets that much you would have done so yourself.
The 3 Re-Adopt Groups & Qualifying to join.
As mentioned above, any abandoned pets will be split into one of three groups.
Standards
Rare & Customs
or V1 Pets.
Each of these groups have slightly different conditions for Re-Adoption, with the last with the last two also having a dA point adoption fee depending on each pet. This is so these pets, which are special, go to people who value them. All points go back into Ama for subs, ect.
Forms will be listed for each group below. It is all first come, first serve. To apply to a group, fill out the relevant form and comment. If you qualify you will be added to the relevant list of applicants for each group and it will go from there. You may apply for more than one group at a time, so long as you post different comments for each.
Qualifying for the system.
If you decide to apply, we will look over the information you have provided and review you; Re-Adopts do not just go out to anyone. If we feel you are a good member of Ama and fit the part, you will qualify c:
